Gràcia's Festival happens every year in August for a week long. Every street in Gràcia is decorated with a theme. I was lucky enough to be last year and this year for the festival because it's so cool how they decorate their neighborhood. All full of handmade decoration, they use any kind of materials (you will see the photos below). Each street competes for a prize, so the best decorated wins at the end. You get to walk and see lots of people, free concerts, open art galleries, and cheap drinks on each street.
